Payments and communication must stay in the Handy TT app. Requests for off-platform payment, deposits sent to personal accounts, or moving to WhatsApp or other apps before a job is accepted are prohibited.
Fake jobs, fake reviews, fake bookings, impersonation, using another person's ID, and using Handy TT to collect money without doing the work are grounds for immediate suspension and a hold on any money tied to the account.
Handy TT may withhold payouts and refunds while an investigation is open.
Handy TT staff will never ask for your password, verification codes or payment outside the app.
Use the Report option (⋮ menu) on any profile, job or chat to tell us about a scam, harassment, a fake listing or unsafe behaviour. You can also block a user. Our team reviews every report.
In an emergency call 999 (Police), 990 (Fire) or 811 (Ambulance / EMS) first. Handy TT is not an emergency service. Active jobs also have an SOS button that alerts Handy TT staff.
